I made a simple chicken dish that was totally yummy. I'm actually eating it while I'm e-mailing.
Here's how to make it...
- one chicken breast
- 1/4 cup of Duncan's "Drunken Weenies" Sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated cheddar or Co-Jack cheese
- two table spoons of real bacon bits
Spray medium size pan with Pam. Place chicken breast in pan, cover and cook on med-low for 5 minutes, flipping until it starts to brown. Slather chicken with sauce, then cheese, then bacon. Cover and cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until cheese melts. For added texture, cook until edges of cheese and sauce become dark.
